Low OPEX
CO2 is one of the abundantly available gas. It is not expensive and our machines reuse the same CO2 for multiple batches. +90% CO2 is recycled after each batch and is used for the subsequent batch. Moreover the energy required to convert CO2 to Supercritical form is less compared to other working fluids and all of these factors contribute to low operating costs.
Versatile Solvent Fluid
No matter where in the world, the quality of CO2 is the same. This makes the technology highly adaptable. Fluid properties like the Density,Viscosity, Solubility, Diffusivity etc, all can be manipulated to our advantage just by changing the temperature and pressure. This is a great advantage as we can get the high density of liquid and low viscosity of air, both at the same time.
